This company is awful! A complete SCAM! I hope Kate Hudson realises how crap the company she has put her face to actually is!
Like everyone else I have ended up having £44 taken out of my account which they call 'credit' for me to use when I like... yes that is how my money works! I shouldn't have to use it with them!
I rang their customer services and spoke to two people who were not helpful at all! They just read from a standard script and didn't speak to me about the issue I had!
I finally got them to cancel my membership but I am still trying to get my refund back!
To make it even worse, the clothes are awful quality!
AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY! AVOID!
