I only ordered 1 item for my daughter for Christmas. They told me the order was completed on Nov. 6th and shipped on Nov. 7th. I have still not received ANYTHING, INCLUDING TRACKING INFO on Nov. 24th. So I emailed them not once, but twice asking for either information on where my order is or for a refund, since every time I hit the tracking number it tells me nothing can be updated. And they won't even answer me. Will NEVER buy from this company again.
****UPDATE****
A month later I finally got the hoodie. The quality was horrible. How horrible? The hoodie was supposed to be laced down the sleeves and along the sides of the zipper. The front left side by the zipper had one too many holes for the laces so it couldn't be done right! Also, it came unlaced with a bunch of string enclosed.
