Good service, great prices!

I placed my first order on 9/2/18 at Wegman's in Auburn NY, using Instacart. The time for delivery said "within 2 hours".
Two and a half hours later, my order still isn't even put together,
Let alone delivered. I called Instacart customer service, and was told
That it's because this is a holiday weekend. He also said that maybe
They should not offer short delivery times on holiday weekends. He said I
Could cancel if I wanted to.
My complaint is that I didn't ASK for 2 hour delivery... Instacart
OFFERED it. I guess I shouldn't shop on holiday weekends, eh? So, here I
Sit, for who knows how long, to wait for my groceries... putting other
Stuff I wanted to do on hold. Great first (and last) experience.
DON'T OFFER SOMETHING IF YOU CAN'T PRODUCE! I thought this would be a good service... maybe it is for a different company!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
