Awful, and I have no one to blame but myself for not realizing before purchasing what an awful retailer this is. Read the reviews first. First of all, don't buy from CHINA. PERIOD! There is no customer service, no response whatsoever until you resort to investigation through PayPal (if you were smart enough to pay that way, thankfully, I was). I got all of my money back, but had it not been for Paypal, I'm sure I'd just be another angry customer.
