Have been a customer for years. Now suddenly having problems. Bought something that said 6% cash back for today only so I bought my product that day. Was only credited for 3%. Wrote customer service twice... have yet to hear back. I should have gone through savingstar like I had intended and got my 4% instead.

Hey Lauren, The Cash Back guidelines according to the merchant you ordered from state that you were eligible for "up to 6%" on Custom Blinds and 3% on "all other purchases".
