I made an order a week before a friend's birthday for a fun gift. It was past his birthday when I contacted the company that the order hadn't arrived. I called and spoke to a nice guy who helped me re-order (the original pillowcase king-size was no longer available, so I went with standard-size and he credited my account.) It arrived a week later. One month after the birthday. Disappointed that it didn't work out in a timely fashion, but the piece came out really nice. Very vivid colors and soft cotton -- decent quality. Not sure I would use them again. Going to have to think about it.
