I've had a completely horrible experience with this company. I ordered a dress and it was covered in black ink stains. I have emailed the company's "customer service" several times, including pictures of my damaged item, and have received NO response, aside from a response a week late with the reason for not responding being it was a "Chinese holiday". Even then, they did not offer a solution of any sort-- a refund, a exchange for a new item that wasn't covered in ink, etc. I have been trying to contact them for almost a month since then and have received no response. This company is a complete scam and it's truly sad what they're doing to people and getting away with. Not only did they ship me a clearly damaged item and now neglect to answer any of my emails, it took a month for me to receive the item in the first place. This company is essentially stealing people's money. It baffles me that any company that treats their customers this way stays in business. Save your time and money and do not order anything from here!
