We placed an order on December 27th with my birthday coupon, The order sat for over a month with no progress - i was FINALLY able to reach customer service yesterday and they canceled the order and placed my $25 off back on my account. I tried to use it this morning and it would not take -- and charged me the full amount. So now my daughter did not get her dress for our cruise and I lost my coupon again. I have been shopping with your company for almost 10 years and I have never had such a terrible experience as this.
