Beware of buying from Wigs.com. I placed a large order, received half of it and despite calling and emailing many times, they refuse to communicate back on a resolution. Also, it's a small company in Dallas and they have caller ID, so now when I call to attempt to resolve the situation, they just keep putting me on hold. My only option was to dispute the charges with my credit card company - for thousands. This is terrible customer service and unprofessional/unethical business practice. I had high hopes for Wigs.com - they seemed so professional and had such great reviews - but you can't not take consumer calls when there's an issue to resolve.
Tip for consumers:
The lengths Wigs.com goes to avoid communicating with a customer when the order isn't correct and/or fulfilled is beyond unprofessional. I feel scammed and it's for over $1500.00. I have to now work with my credit card company to dispute.
Products used:
There was an issue with my order and they refused to communicate or resolve so I ended up returning the part of the order that did ship to me. Very unprofessional and unethical.
