I ordered a dress on January 29,2014. It arrived a month later while I was away for 2 weeks. I was unable to return the dress, which was poor quality, and too late for the reason I ordered it. I requested a RMA and was denied because there is a 7 return policy. They allow themselves a full month to deliver a product and won't extend the same courtesy to their customers. I give them an F.
