Today, Nov. 9, I received a shipment form Fanauthenics that I had ordered on Oct. 10 with a 7-10 day shipment window. So, nearly a month later and with no communication from them based on repeated emails and phone message, it was the wrong item! Since my Oct. 29 review, I contacted my credit card company to challenge the charge and filed a complaint with the FTC. I have no words to describe how bad this experience has been from a consumer standpoint.
