They DO NOT honor their product warranty.
I purchased a Biddeford heating blanket from DealYard with a 5 year warranty. The blanket failed and they just past the buck on to Biddeford co. Biddeford doesn't answer the phone or their emails. DealYard refused to help. Do not purchase warranty products from DealYard or you'll be sorry

DealYard ends their negative emails with Have a great day!! Like it’s a joke by not honouring their warranty products
