Had a problem, shipping address changed without my knowledge. Called QVC. 1st call, was told to investigate it myself. 2nd call
20 mins on hold the hung up on. 3rd call accused of changing info myself. 3rd time trying to get items I paid for.
I wrote the CEO. Very dissatisfied, unhappy, insulted and frustrated. Get your house in order or you will lose business. (I still haven't received my items.)
