I placed an order on Feb 8 2014 exp shipping, so far it has not shipped i've contacted customer service via email put in 4 tickets.The only response that made since was it was out of stock until I went back ti the site and it clearly states IN STOCK.Im seeing so many terrible reviews. I'll keep you guys posted
