I'm so disappointed in this site, I found the cutest things and even ordered something as a gift for a friend, so I got her hopes up, too. I ordered two things and after about 10 days not getting an email saying they had shipped, even though the payment was taken from me right away. I contacted them and got a very broken English response, saying both items were back ordered and would be available 3 weeks later and did I want to wait. I replied saying I thought if things were backordered the site should say so before placing an order. To which I got a response saying sorry, could you give me a 5 star rating for my help? I didn't respond to that, but waited the extra time and then two days after the date they said they would be available, I sent another message saying if I couldn't get a date on which they would be shipped I wanted a refund. They responded saying I would be refunded the money and it could take up to 30 days to get my money back! Its only been a few days so far, but I'm hoping I didn't just lose that money even though its been gone now for over a month!
