I know after writing review useless company will say useless apology! Although I'm writing to make aware of new customers, I order to gift my wife for her 30th Birthday, I spend £227 for one piece of personalised necklace! The item not arrived after sever CHASE UP THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are literally FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I haven't received order and haven't received refund! SCAMMER! SCAMER! Get lost with my $#*!ing Money! Order number - *******, still if you say same story your system did not have more information PLESE THROW ALL YOUR BULL $#*! SYSTEM INTO BIN
