I absolutely love everything about this App! It is easy to use, & so educational! This app/ program combines THREE of the apps that I have previously downloaded From other companies, and tried to use. I love that it combines tutorials, different levels & so many varieties of workouts, along with meditations, music, and motivational stuff for your mental health.
You can log your meals and water intake, count your steps, count your exercise, keep track of daily progress, along with a handy link to your calendar, and fasting clock and log. Complete with Reminders, and awards for your progress! BRAVO 👏 I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYBODY! Five stars across the board!
