Purchased pricey Marc Jacobs sunglasses that broke within 2 weeks (screw fell out of frame). Contacted the company to ask how to replace the screw or where to get the screw - not even asking for a refund or return because return policy is 10 days (convenient!). Never heard a response after several attempts - not even a "we don't know how to obtain the screw" - just nothing. Regret doing business with them. Had I purchased from a retail store in my local mall for about the same price - they would have exchanged, repaired, or refunded. My mistake. Hopefully - someone else reads this and does not do business with Flyrr.com. Questioning the authenticity of the glasses as well...
