This was probably the worst dealing with a company ever! I paid almost 18 dollars for 4 day shipping I never received any shipping info, and at day 7, I contacted the company. What I got in return was shocking. They said they would get back to me on the 25 of the month as they were in China and on holiday for the spring festival. I said no way is this acceptable please figure out where the package is and refund me that money on spent on shipping. They replied with we're all on spring holiday even the delivery people all over China with a smiley face and then said pls be patient. Pls and smiley faces are how a customer service representative responds to a business concern!? Here is one of the responses I got after saying I didn't care there was a holiday going on and got mad about their lack of respect about my order and money spent.

No offence, but if you google it, you will know that our Spring Festival (public holidays, from 2015/02/18--2015/02/24) are national wide. During this period, our delivery companies and Chinese customs do be unavailable. This is because they were also having the holidays.
And for we're located in China, if you want it at door by this Friday, it will really be impossible. Under this condition, we then only have to cancel and fully refund your order. The refunds should be done later today or earlier tomorrow.
After we submit the refunds to the bank, generally, the money will return into your account in about 14 business days. But for international order refunds like this, it sometimes may take up over one month to proceed. This is quite normal, pls be patient.
