I had to advise the rep that badgering me to keep the service eventhough I'm deployed is bad customer service. She only after badgering me gave me one month back.no one should be calling to cancel and be told over.and over to keep it. I will never recommend this. Site

My wife and I have no idea how we subscribed to this, and now have been charged for their basic...
