They have a rule that they will not refund your money under ANY circumstance if it's past the movie time. They have the ability to pull up your purchase based on your credit card, email, phone number, even the seats. I'm sure they can pull up the fact that you didn't use the tickets. I supplied proof I had to purchase them again at the theater. They will not give you a refund no matter what. I will not use them again, I will just purchase at the theater.
