“4 months later and still nothing”

I ordered in January and it is April. I have not received my order. When I contact the company all they say is that it takes longer shipping from China and that they can't track my order once it's left China. They tell me "wait some more weeks and let us know." So, I wait "some weeks" and let them know and they keep telling me the same thing. "Wait some more weeks." 4 months is way too long to wait for an order.
**UPDATE** It is now September and STILL have not received the items I purchased, and also haven't gotten any response from them about a refund.

We have shipped your order out on January 28th.It should arrive now. But there may be a delay on the shipping way by the post office. When you made your order, you didn't pay for the tracking number.So we can still not check your order neither. Have you gone to your local post office to check your package? We have reached out to this customer to personally apologize for what happened. From time to time with thousands of shipments there will be an occasional issue with shipping. Our procedure is designed to handle situations like this one quickly and efficiently. For this customer we were neither quick nor efficient and for that reason, we are retracing what exactly went so wrong so we can avoid such inefficiencies in the future.
