Site typically has some good deals on some nice items. I love that the deals change out in the middle of the day giving "more" variety even if it means they sell out faster. Their shipping is ridiculously slow for the price. I don't know anything about their customer relations as I haven't had a reason to interact with them yet.
Tip for consumers:
Expect to wait on your items and expect the really good deals to go fast. You have to stay on top of it to get it but it can be done ☺️
