Since they've changed their whole system around, it's been so horrible trying to get some free samples. I have two that are pending but you need to earn like 600 coins to be able to ship the package off. Earning points requires you to go to these other offers and signing up for all their crap. I think it's ridiculous now and just not worth the time or effort of trying to get products to test like my mini Carmex. I'll just go buy some, surely it's less stressful than to put all the information about myself on all these different websites just to earn coins. Ridiculous!
