I ordered a robe from Adore Me and I wasn't pleased so I never ordered from them again. However, I just had a look at my credit card and they have been charging me for two months around 55.00, Jan and Feb. Either this website is not secure for credit cards or the company is a scam. I'd be careful, I am calling them right now to get this sorted. I buy a lot online but I've never had a website charge me for something I didn't purchase. Interestingly enough, this website never sent me a purchase of confirmation to my e-mail as most websites do after a transaction has been completed, so it's difficult to prove this, as they are using the exact purchasing IDs/information as compared to the initial purchase made. I mean I am not going to go broke over 100 bucks but they better help me sort this out!

It seems there was a misunderstanding—it sounds as though you joined our flexible VIP Membership with your first order and did not shop or skip the month by the fifth.

The membership is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.

If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card. This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! Customers are free to cancel their membership at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit.
