I was foolish not to read the reviews before I placed my order. When I did, I worried that I had made a mistake. The next day when I discovered that one of my orders was canceled, it seemed that my situation was turning out the same as many other customers: No book and a charged card. I decided that I wanted to cancel my entire order. I noted that my account said that my package had not shipped yet so I emailed my request. Not only were they happily keeping a cancelation fee, they were rude about it.
The following is a response from one of their representatives:
You will be chage $25 cancellation fees. Before ordering you should have
Check. And not giving us trouble like that after processing it and packing
It.
