Absolutely ridiculous and I don't know how this company can call themselves a reputable company. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a delivery. After countless emails and phonecalls (costing me more than £20 as they are in China), I just keep being told "please wait. Hopefully next week." Asked to speak to a manager today and was told "she not available"... funny that. I told the sales representative to have a manager phone me back tomorrow so we'll see if I finally get my refund. This kind of scam makes me absolutely furious. How can you claim to deliver within 8-10 days if people are not getting their order even 4 weeks later?
The generic response they are giving to all these negative reviews is a sign that they just couldn't care less about personal service or customer satisfaction.
I fully intend to harass them until I am repaid in full for my missing order.
Disgraceful.
