I have 3 seperate orders, the phone I ordered wasn't in stock so asked for a refund and they tell me they will refund me but can take 30 days for money be returned to my bank account? The other 2 orders have been processing for 9 days and was told they're going to be shipped soon yet still not shipped? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

The refund normally will reflect in your account in around one week, however, please note that a credit card refund may take a long time to process. The exact length of time is dependent on your credit card company and is outside our control.
