I ordered at the beginning the month and it is now near the end and my order is still processing. Tried contacting them since I paid extra for shipping and they replied, sorry for the inconvenience. Asked for refund on shipping at least, and apparently that was too much to ask for because they explained how to cancel my order instead. They must not want good customers or be accredited for a good business. Pathetic..
