“Ordered a tablet for my aunt for Christmas in early...”

Ordered a tablet for my aunt for Christmas in early November, I didn't receive it until December 23,2013, which I expected. To make a long story short I tried to return it bc it completely blacked out and doesn't work and they will not take it back. This is my first time dealing with this company and bc of their poor customer service and lack of proper response I will never order from them again. Also the so called extra insurance they give for free sucks, I contacted them to try to get my money back and they referred me back to nomorerack. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed by this company.
