After you have already given your credit card info and have finished paying, they ask you if you would like to get the same item at a reduced price. DO NOT DO IT. It doesnt reduce the price of the item that you were buying it adds a whole second item to your order and charges your credit card without even notifying you. I checked my credit card statement and realized that they processed a whole second order without my consent. I emailed them to cancel the order and they said that it was too far along... I emailed them the same day. Two days later the item shipped and they refuse to cancel the item. I am extremely annoyed and will definitely be reporting them to my credit card company!

My hate for this website/customer service is so strong that I would report them to the cops if I could. They are literally lying cheats.

The list of problems I've had with this website is ENDLESS.
- the quality of clothes is horrendous
- the items NEVER appear what they look like on the website
- they sent me the wrong item and then made me pay for shipping
- I sent in 2 returns and they told me that they processed the refund but I never received the money for it
- customer service is SO FRUSTRATING. They have put me in tears 3 times now. Every single time Ive talked to them they just tell me its the banks fault, or they can't do anything about it, they NEVER EVER want to help. These people are not the brightest tool in the shed. I honestly thing they get a kick out of pissing people off.

Anyways... this website now owes me $200 and they refuse to pay it. I ended up having to open up a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Please please please do yourself a favor and never ever order form these people. They lying cheats. Not worth a minute of your time.

The most recent person I spoke to was Bradley who is one of the biggest pricks Ive ever met. I would fire him on the spot.

I ordered a top from this website and paid for expedited shipping. The top arrived TWO weeks late and they refused me refund me for the shipping and handling that I paid extra for. They also refused to let me return the item seeing as I no longer needed it (since it was TWO weeks late). The customer service was horrendous they would not answer any of my questions nor take responsibility for it being late.
