I ordered hair items Feb/28/20 at "26" inches received all "20" inches the packages clearly stated "20" however we all make mistakes so I reached out to customer service via phone multiple times NO Answer so I emailed and sent photographs for evidence! The Next day was told someone in the office will send me a return label at the end of the day. So I receive the return Label go to postal service the next morning waited in a Long line just to be told Glamourtress sent the wrong weight of wrong label! So i left the post office! Emailed GlamourTress Again Apparently you can't call Customer Service to Get Service if you do you will be told to WAIT Into the End of the Day to be contacted by the person who is in charge in office ONLY this is ABSURD! I asked to speak with a Manger nothing I just received again another wrong label weight. March/9/20 have No answers about my previous order Out of Money and Wrong items sent to me! GlamourTress.com handle every customer with care because I'm the type of customer if I receive good customer service I'm Loyal and will keep coming back for future purchases This is very Unprofessional!
