Sometimes we are rewarded for trying something new, sometimes, we are not. This service is the WORST. TLDR: Had to pay storage charges, slow service + my stuff was held up by customs.
Part 1:
So i received some packages, and had questions about it.
Then they claimed they couldn't find my package, and took like a week to find the package.
During which, I had to go on a business trip without access to internet, and did not realize I would incur storage charges.
This opportunistic company then took it upon themselves to charge me a storage fee that came close to a whopping $50 (or more, im not sure), and refused to waive it, even though this problem was partly caused by them. (50% waiver is nothing, guys)
Very disappointed! When the same thing happens for me at other companies, they waive it. And it's not like their shipping is very cheap.
Part 2:
In a separate shipment, i did a routine shipment of supplements for my pet. My item was shipped by FedEx, and was stopped at Customs. I ended up having to describe the ingredients. Again, never happened before when I used their competitors.
Finally, don't like that I can't delete my card.

In most cases, we can also help clear your package through your local Customs office. Some Customs offices will require more information for certain items, but we are always glad to help expedite this process.
