I have been a loyal customer to this company for years and haven't purchased anything since my last order. I paid over $100 for ONE outfit and ONE hijab plus express shipping, however, I NEVER received my package. After tracing my package through my postal office and REGULAR mail carrier, who knows me very well in regards of delivering my items, I found that another carrier "claimed" to have delivered my package to an address that was not mine in a completely different development, "ON TOP OF A COMMUNITY MAILBOX". I was so upset but the most frustrating part was the customer service response I got from Kabyare Fashion, or the lack there of, I was told that I did in fact received my package and that I would not be given a refund and the order wouldn't be resent because they were sold out (which they were not). After a bit of self advocacy I was finally offered a ONE TIME REFUND because my package was marked delivered and so I must have received it. What a disgrace if a company, to assume that I need to spend my HARD EARNED to purchase what I wanted for and important event and when I don't receive MY PURCHASE, they claimed I ordered something I couldn't afford and requested a refund to have the items and to get my money back. I was blown away & I refuse to spend my money growing a company who treats me this way. Nearly all of my garments came from Kabyare, and some still have tags never worn from milk silk, to shoulder chain, to cotton candy etc. I am a Muslim and not sure if who own this company is BUT I am in NO NEED OF STEALING clothes! I purchase what I want because I can and I expect to receive my package because I paid for it and IF for any reason I don't, I EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE SOMEONE SPENDING MONEY because I did and IF I did not receive my package that was an issue from either the manufacturer or delivery personnel not me stealing. The photos are not the order I reviewed just proof that I purchased from them, these are items from just one order not over the years. I may have deleted the emails between me and customer service that's why they aren't posted instead.
