I ordered a Favre Vikings jersey Adult M 48 for a Christmas gift. A Youth M 12-14 was sent. I've been trying to get the correct jersey shipped ever since, but I'm having a lot of the same issues everyone else has had. Nobody answers their phone number, no email responses, spotty on-line support. I've actually chatted with them numerous times, but they either wanted me to place another order and "get big discount" or ship the other jersey back to China for $40 or they ignore me after a while. Last night someone said they would talk to their "manger" and email me back. Nothing since.
I guess I should almost count myself lucky because at least I received something.
