Sold me 3 erroneous tickets to Deadpool. Website changed the date in which I had selected. Got immediately in line with their only means of contact, online chat (which is ridiculous). Had to wait over an HOUR, which then conveniently put me within 2 hours of the erroneously sold show time. They told me "since you are within 2 hours of the movie, we won't refund you".
What a joke! Terrible customer service, terrible website, terrible convenience fees, overall TERRIBLE.
