In that exam they will try to make you admit to violations in your policy and if that doesn't work accuse you of criminal activity. Read your policy thoroughly and understand it totally. Make sure you have an attorney with you and absolutely don't give any statements without. One as they will use anything they can to beat your claim or beat you in court. They also already at this time before you even file a claim have processes and witnesses that will testify against you. Although many states have bad faith.
