The JustAnswer website is unfortunately not a complete picture of how they operate or customer satisfaction. On their site there are 396 customer reviews, all positive. However, outside their website I have found over 400 reviews that are negative. They do NOT post any negative reviews. Also, their claims of not billling until 100% satisfied are NOT true. They bill when you submit a question and they are VERY reticent to refund. I never saw an answer to my question and my DISCOVER Card was it with two charges totalling $61. Also, be careful about what is "represented" on their website. In my instance they used the KUBOTA logo and name and also claimed that I could "ask a KUBOTA technician". Obviously, this was not the case at all. Their system is VERY slick but ends up being VERY misleading. I personally will avoid using them ever again.
