STAY AWAY! Despite reading some reviews that the shipping was late, I didn't expect this. We expected a MAX of 6 months of waiting... This company is awful... despite occasional pleasant phone calls with Joanne, this company has done nothing but give us the run around for the last 4 months... and thats AFTER our pool table was promised to us. (We ordered early Nov 2010, promised table in about 14-16 weeks, which would of been Feb). We called in Feb, was told they were having problems with delivery- and it would be mid March. We call in March, we were told the manufacture was having issues with delivery and a batch of "bad wood" came in and they had to re-start all new tables 2 months ago. (Why couldn't they tell us this 2 months ago when we called to find out where our table was?!), In March, we were told mid April- in mid April, we were given a set shipping date of May 12,2011. We called several days in a row after May 12, but no documents or any details were given about the shipment of our table. In the past 2 weeks we have been calling, we were told that the "manager" would be calling us today- and we have not heard her voice or even given her name. We tried asking for their manufacture's name/ number and we were refused any information, and we asked for the managers name and number but also not given any information. So here it is, June 24, and we finally called Visa to dispute the charge claiming no shipment, (thank god there are companies with customer service), and we're trying to get our money back and going to a local store to purchase a pool table. MY ADVICE: Go to a local store, you may pay a little more, but at least you'll actually get your table within a reasonable time, not to mention saving yourself a ton of time and headaches from calling and trying to get a hold of someone. We will be reporting this to the BBB as soon as we're issued a refund and have this BS completely settled.
