* responded back to an email which I requested to cancel my order after reading a review that the site was a scam I got nervous and sent email to cancel order because my order was not yet processed or charged and he responded back calling me vulgar names such as twat & $#*!. He continued to send multiple emails cursing and name calling stating my review would be rejected. Deal with this trash at your own risk!

Both pairs came with weak and deformed arms I don't know if the site sells cheap because they're damaged pairs but I am returning both

This individual placed an order with us on 7/17/23 at 3:51 pm eastern time, and contrary to the review above, the order WAS processed and the individual's credit card WAS charged at 4:43 pm. At 6:29 pm the individual sent us an email stating "I don’t want this this is a scam refund my order immediately or I will fight and reverse the charge on my credit card". We immediately canceled the order and VOIDED the charge to the individual's credit card as requested, which is NOT how someone running a "scam" would have handled the situation. The individual could have simply sent an email stating "I've changed my mind and would like to cancel my order" instead of making an unwarranted accusation. We have over 60 reviews here on Sitejabber and not a single reviewer has accused us of scamming them out of money.
