I ordered a pair of shoes on a Friday, needing them for a business trip the following wed. I paid $15 to have them sent two day Shipping. I received an email notification that the order had shipped on Sunday. End of day Tuesday and still no shoes. I called and was on hold and back and forth between rep and her supervisor for 30 mins. Was told that although I was notified they shipped on Sunday DSW would not consider that it shipped until Tuesday? Makes no sense. I will not receive in time before I leave on my trip Wed and they refuse to refund my shipping. As a matter of principle that is wrong. I ordered. They confirmed(twice). They didn't deliver. And I pay?
I am not a novice online shopper and really disappointed that this is how they handled a lack of service. I won't be shopping at DSW again.
