Love Netflix for older stuff its great but they don't ever have anything new and up to date. & The classics are even not there.
Although customer service DOES answer my emails, I ordered an item in early FEBRUARY and have yet to receive it, the last email said if it hadn't arrived by the 23 of March to contact them again so I did on the 27th, now they tell me it will arrive by the 15th of APRIL?! WTH? Why would something I ordered and paid for in FEBRUARY not arrive unitl APRIL?!
