Did not receive a confirmation email to 2nd order, which made tracking/receiving difficult, but customer service made everything good in the end.
Must have been a glitch.
I left a negative review in the midst of frustration in trying to locate my purchase.
Ultimately, good products and good customer service.
Bumps in the road happen and they handled it well.
