In ordered a beautiful T-shirt from Rose-gal. Fist they sent me a tracking number that didn't work. When I told them the tracking number didn't work, they just said that it would arrive in 10 to 25 days. I knew that, but I wanted to track the package. They shouldn't even give out a tracking number if it doesn't even work.
The worst thing that happened is that they sent me the wrong order. I waited expectantly for this beautiful t-shirt that I saw on the website. I received a hideous shirt that was an entirely different print and silky fabric, not a t-shirt. It was all scrunched in a tiny bag.
It really didn't take a long time for a product to arrive, but it wasn't what I ordered. I am so disappointed. I could not wear cute clothes for years, and I see the cutest t-shirt ever and was so happy to be able to purchase it... and what do I get!?!?!

As you selected free Flat Rate Shipping and the delivery time of surface mail will be around 10-25 business days after dispatch if there are no delays. But there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company.
