I called and requested a refund, where I was hung up on by David - the supervisor, because he was tired of talking to me. I have spent a lot of money on your services - at which I was not provided. I am hoping that you have enough respect for me, your loyal customer, to issue the full refund. I understand that in your terms and conditions, that was repeated to me time and time again by the call services that intentionally hung up on me; however, at this point, it's not about the money, it's about the way you treated someone who trusted you and your abilities to provide a service. I am appalled and this will not only affect the way I view your company, but I will also share my experiences with everyone I come in contact with in regards to the way I was treated. I am, in no means, threatening the validity on your company, but I will say that I no only feel cheated, but used by Match.com.
