If a company uses OSM, we know they care only about saving money and not about customer satisfaction.
It baffles me ANY company would use OSM, as they ALSO happen to provide the absolute worst customer service of ANY shipper within the US.
Bottom line, from the customer perspective, they are absolute garbage. I only wish companies would consider this before partnering with them.
I get shipments from all over the world, and it is FASTER to get something from China, India, Europe, have it go through customs, wait to be transferred to a US carrier, and be delivered direct or even last-mile delivery service, than to get ANYTHING domestically from OSM. The delays are insane, unnecessary, and show a lazy freakin' company, when they let items sit for 4-5 days (yes, business days), without ANY movement.
BOTTOM LINE: OSM is the worst.
If I knew before ordering that a company used OSM, I would *NOT* order from that company again!
