Placed an order in August 2013 then did not receive the merchandise - their supplier said to refund my money but of course by then they said it was too long and all I could get was a credit. So, they credited me the cost of the item, but not the shipping that I paid! Went back to them on this and used the credit I had to order something else in November. It is now February 2014 and I have not received anything. Three emails to the company and NOTHING. Can't believe they can operate a business in this manner! Still fighting to get some type of resolution but would say to anyone - STAY AWAY from this company!
