We rented a movie online. Was given no info on how to get the movie from the machine. I had to google it. Ended up being very easy. Then went to play the movie, it would not work after the first 5 minutes. We got a new promo code for another movie. But was inconvenient. So today we rented another movie. The movie was horrible quality! Very grainy, with several pauses. It also did not fill our whole TV screen. I did try to adjust that. Didn't work. Not impressed. They need better quality control!
