I ordered a dress about 7 weeks before my vacation. Received it 3 days after I returned. Postmark was dated the day I left for vacation, even though I had sent several emails inquiring about it.

We noted that you chose the flat rate shipping and it is slower than other methosd. In addition, we have refunded you in time.
Because it is an unregistered parcel, it may be slower than other shipping methods.
