I had a great customer service experience with their chatting feature after their website made a mistake and put me down for the yearly membership instead of the monthly one. They fixed it for me, and also cancelled my auto-ship as I asked them to. Their phone website leaves better things to be desired, especially if it makes mistakes. Time will tell about the quality of the supplements, but I read that they are very good! So phone website only problem, but at least it let me know what it did, so that was good!
